There are two types of MOALA event entrance tickets available: the browser version "MOALA Ticket" and the app version "MOALA Pocket." As of now, you cannot download the browser version "MOALA Ticket" into this app. Please present your ticket on your browser.

To ensure smooth entry on the day of the event, please update the app to the latest version before use.

How to Use Event Entry Functionality:

1. Downloading Tickets:
   • If you purchased a ticket to enter with "MOALA Pocket," you need to first perform ticket retrieval using "[Pia Cloak]." After retrieval, access the receiving URL to download the ticket into this app.
   • If you purchased tickets from sources other than Pia, please directly access the ticket URL sent via email or similar means.
2. Using Tickets:
   • Tap the "To Entry Screen" button on the ticket you wish to use and present the entry screen to the staff.

Important Notes:

• If your ticket can be displayed in a browser, it pertains to the browser version "MOALA Ticket," and you need to present your ticket on your browser.
• Internet connectivity is essential for app installation and ticket download. Please ensure ample time to complete the ticket download before the event day.
• Please refrain from uninstalling the app until after the event day.
• For ticket reservations, losses, or event-related inquiries, contact the ticket purchase site operator or event organizer for verification.

How to Use Support Proof Collection Viewing Functionality:

1. Linking MOALA NFT Market Account:
   • From the menu screen under "My Page," log in with an account used for supporting proof collections. There is no need for linkage when displaying event entry tickets.
2. Displaying Collections:
   • Upon completing linking with MOALA NFT Market account, you will see a list of supporting proofs you hold under "Collections."
